Iran rout S. Korea at Asian U20 Volleyball Championship

TEHRAN – Iran defeated South Korea in straight sets (25-22, 25-21, 25-19) at the 2018 Asian Men's U20 Volleyball Championship on Monday.
Behrouz Ataei’s men had started the competition with a 3-0 win over reigning champions China on Saturday.
“I am satisfied with the way our players played in these two matches against China and South Korea. We concentrate on winning the title, that’s why we are here in Bahrain,” Ataei said in the post-match news conference.
The 2018 Asian Men's U20 Volleyball Championship is the 19th edition of the Asian Men's U20 Volleyball Championship, a biennial international volleyball tournament organized by the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) with Bahrain Volleyball Association (BVA).
The tournament is being held in Riffa, Bahrain, from 21 to 28 July 2018.
The top two teams of the tournament will qualify for the 2019 FIVB Volleyball Men's U21 World Championship as the AVC representatives.
